Hi Carla, I see this is your first time ordering from us, thank you for your business! In case you were never informed.. the Cardiac Science G3 battery has an estimated 5-year shelf life (from date of manufacture), and a 4-year full operational replacement guarantee from date of installation. If anything happens within the 4 years, the manufacturer will replace the battery for you at no cost! Please reach out if we can assist you in any other way. Thank you again for your business!

Hi Shawna, thank you for the feedback! We had a snow storm in our area as well and UPS and FedEX didn't run for a few days. It sounds like it was "the perfect storm" on both ends! Even though it was out of your hands, we still don't like when shipments are delayed because we take pride in getting life saving equipment to our customers as soon as possible! We're glad to hear it was a good experience over all!
