Excellent trouble shooting and problem solving
Initial unit arrived fully operational and checked out well for 6 months. A malfunction was noted on routine check and AED.US was extremely prompt and responsive with trouble shooting, problem solving, and replacing the defective unit with zero hassle.

Far too long to receive product
Far too long to receive product. You could have told me of the delay without me having to do a follow-up.
