ordered new defib pads. Ordering was easy. Communication and shipping great. Just a bit disappointed that pads expire in two years and cost $100.00 to replace.

Didn't tell me how to fix the problem, just how to replace parts.
Response from Coro Medical (AED.US)May 19, 2025
Thank you for your feedback, Charles. We truly appreciate the opportunity to assist you. After speaking with you directly, we determined that the issue required assistance from the manufacturer. While we always aim to troubleshoot, when possible, some situations do require manufacturer support for resolution. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if we can assist further!

I had to order replacement pads for the senior center I work at and had a little trouble with our tax exemption certificate. Robin helped me quickly and was able to get it all sorted out in less than an hour. Ordered the pads on a Friday and received them on Monday. Amazing customer support and quick shipping. Highly recommend.
