EXPIRES too soon for the price.
EXPIRES too soon for the price. The discount was nice, however the expiration date on the pads is 11/2027. The replacement pads are being replaced due to expiration date.

These pads have a promised lifespan of 18 months, and the ones we sent, expiring 11/2027, exceed that. We always do our best to provide pads with the most time possible. No surprises

Slow shipping
Slow shipping, I acknowledge a large storm was a factor. However it took 3 days from order to shipment. These are medical products they should be shipped expeditated. I would have paid extra to ship and deliver faster but you don't give that option.

Our standard shipping timeframe is 1–3 business days, and in this case, the extreme weather temporarily closed our warehouse. We completely understand how important timely delivery is for medical products.
