I ordered new replacement pads for two AEDs that were also purchased from them and instead received two sets that had less than 2 years serviceable life remaining. I contacted them and they said they would ship me two new sets of pads and asked for photos of the unopened packs which I provided. Then a few days later they emailed me saying they would not replace them after all since they had 75 percent or greater remaining shelf life. I paid full retail price for pads that had 100 percent (2years) remaining life. If you’re going to ship me old product that has 75 percent life left then I should get a 25 percent discount or an appropriate amount based on remaining useful life. The seller did not replace these as promised when I contacted them so I will shop with their competitor from now on.

I recently ordered a refurbished AED for our office. My customer service representative, Monica, was excellent to deal with. She went above and beyond my expectations educating me on what unit best suited our environment, what warranty was included on a certified refurbished unit, what future service would look like etc. While we hope never to need it we are looking forward to our staff being trained on the use of the AED and having it available in case of emergency. I didn’t order anything from you. Someone fat-fingered their email address and mistakenly typed mine. I notified you, and you asked ME for the correct address! Now I get this survey. I hope your legitimate customers get a higher level of attention to detail. I will never order anything from you.
