I never got a confirmation of my order. I have no idea if my order was processed.

Paid for next day delivery. And immediately was notified it was take weeks to ship.

Easy order process. Found what I needed.

I placed an order July 31st. I received a confirmation email. Then I have received multiple "rate your experience" emails, but no order update. I attempted to email them, no response. I attempted to use the chat on the web page, the bot couldn't find my order and wouldn't help further. Called in. The bot couldn't find my order, but at least offered to connect me to a live person. The live person couldn't find it by the order number I had been given, but did find one by my email. Said it hadn't gone through due to some issue and technically didn't exist. Offered to connect me to Sales. I was cold transferred to Sales, so the guy had no idea what was going on and I had to explain my situation all over again. When I got done with Sales, they said I would have an email within 40 minutes with a link to be able to pay for the new order. It has now been 2.5 hours, and no email. I will be looking for other options on where to make my purchase.

Still haven’t received half of my order after a couple weeks. I’ve emailed twice and they won’t respond to my messages.
