I purchased a reconditioned unit and it showed up looking absolutely brand new although I hope to never have to use it, it brings peace of mind to have it in my home I found a place and informed everybody where it is in case we ever need it

My order was forgotten. I had to call and ask where shipment was. I was told you would overnight. Still didn't get it the next day. It was then mailed the next day. I had paid for two day delivery. I didn't receive it for a week. I do thank you for refunding the original shipping.

Luckily haven’t had to use it this far. My review is based on other aspects: the AED has a warranty; it came with documentation of a service check within the past 2 weeks; speedy delivery; appeared new when it arrived. Very pleased thus far.
