VERY expensive pricing. As a Urgent care we are required to have and AED. Thankful we have never had to use it! Therefore, the pads do expired and we have to replace them. However, the service of the company Cardio Partners have always been extremely professional and I would highly recommend them.

Everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable and polite. Great customer service.

Easy to order parts for AED!

Dependable and always on top of service and maintenance which is always needed for a busy business and life.

Very disappointed that our order was held up for over a week because of our tax-exempt status. Even though at the time of our order, we submitted our tax-exempt letter- I had to call to check the status and ask why our product was not being shipped. Very poor communication in that area. Once I got ahold of a customer service rep, he was able to get our order shipped to us.
