I have been without access to 2 of 3 AEDs for 2 weeks now, have spent hours trying to trouble shoot. I call the operator they transfer me to service, I have not had a chance to speak with anyone, I sat on hold for 45 mins and gave up, and have been other times I leave messages and do not receive a call back. I have been told messages have been left for supervisors and nobody ever calls back. Call me to resolve

I paid them got an email saying you don’t have the battery and not sure when it will be in stock. I reached out to the person that emailed me twice and she never responded! I want order canceled.
