Never received a tracking number, order was placed on 6/17 and it is now 7/07 with no sign of my order or update that it is delayed or has been shipped. More communication on shipping information would be great.

The instructor was awesome he knew his material and he incorporated humor with the material- he was very through and made sure each person did the techniques the right way. The on line portion of the course was very well put together and had a good flow

The representative was extremely courteous and helped me reset the unit. She was very patient and a joy to work with. I was provided a website where I could purchase additional pads. It was a very pleasant experience.
