Placed an order. Funds from my credit card were put on hold, then the hold was released. Absolutely no communication. There was no explanation for not honoring the order.

First off I could not get the order placed - credit card billing and shipping address issues. So, I used my personal credit card for a business order. Frustrating also, because I could not get this item shipped to the correct address...which is a PO Box. I called Customer Service and will need to call back in an hour for them to update that shipping address.

Shopping itself was no issue. However, creating an account is a huge issue, as each scrambled text was unreadable and I didn’t get different options, like a confirmation email, or text. So I could not establish an account with them. It would be an additional benefit, if I could choose between USPS and other carriers, and therefore choose the least expensive, if I wanted to. Not everybody needs it the next day.
