The recapcha device required 6 or 7 attempts. I received an email prior to my order promising 10% discount, but when I went to checkout and I tried to put the discount code (BROWSE10) into the space provided, I was sent on a wild goose chase to ID.me. I finally was able to make my purchase WITHOUT the discount, but by the time I was done I was very frustrated. I think your website needs some streamlining.

The last time I ordered a battery it was expensive. 4 years later, when it is time to replace the battery, I was deeply unsatisfied to see that the price has nearly doubled. I understand inflation and such are reasons for this, but nearly double is ridiculous.
