Even though I was late for my appointment, I was greeted graciously by the staff , did not have a long waiting period to see the PA either. Andrew and all the staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my visit.

I was very pleased with the wait time, also the tech and Dr. Youngman were very professional.

I have been seeing Dr Pollock for many many years. I never thought I would let anybody cut or burn anything off of me while I was still conscious but he is so patient and understanding and gentle with people who are frightened of the procedures that he makes it a breeze to get through. I have had other members of the team do procedures when Dr Pollock wasn't available and their standard of patient care and comfort is equal to his. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anybody or any member of their team

Love Dr. Cortez. Staff treated me like a number. Robots would probably be more kind and friendly Have been a patient for many years. Never treated like that in the Beavercteek office. Would hate to change my doctor.
