We were at the Raleigh .Nc location and trying one last thing before I had to spend over 1000$ to fix my air conditioning . Curt was so knowledgeable and helpful and because of him I have cold air for the first time in years,

Advance Auto Parts store #03829 was great. We had mechanical issues on a long road trip. The Manhattan KS store was helpful, friendly, & had what we needed. We made the repair ourself & was back on the road in less than 2 hours! Thanks for helping our road trip go smoothly.

This is for Advance Auto Parts, in Menomonie, WI. I ordered rear rotors for my 2000 Honda Accord EX. I didn't check the part number, and it was one number off. That's all it takes. Wrong rotor, and my only car is on jack stands. I called, and Spencer answered. He found the right rotor while I was on the phone, and had it delivered it to my house (about 2 miles away). Quick efficient and no excuses. They just made it right. Kudos to Spencer and his crew! I lost very little time.

This type of service should not go without recognition. Store 9329 entire store somehow help me in some type of way the customer services given to me was awesome. The store to me is being effectively managed and i must say they are in tune like a fine running engine.

Had excellent service from William today at the 6220 4th St location in St. Petersburg, FL. My car wouldn't start and I had to get a jump from a neighbor just to get there. I was panicked and frustrated but he was patient with me and helped test my battery free of charge. When it turned out I needed a new one he replaced it for me quickly and easily so I could get on with my day without too much disruption. I appreciate you so much William!

I just had to write a review about store #5821 They are by far the best at what they do and outstanding when it comes to there job. But what tops it off is the complete honesty and integrity they have about themselves hands down. The reason why is because I dropped almost $1500.00 cash in the store without noticing it missing. The store manager Alonzo and Darren gave me a call and stated that I had dropped cash in the store and that they had found it. When I returned to #5821 I was handed my cash and thanked for my business! Honesty and integrity is the reason why I shop at advance auto parts big thanks to Alonzo and Darren!!!!!

I love the employees at the Advance Auto Parts on Nicholasville Rd- Lexington. Every time I go in they've been extremely helpful - whether sharing practical car tips or replacing windshield wipers, batteries, or just helping me find what I need. Today was no exception, Stacy, solved my car battery problem by installing shims to both of my terminals -for free! I know where to go when I need help or car parts! Great Job and thanks again so much!
