With extremely cold temps for a few days in a row, my car finally decided not to start. A friend looked at it and said the battery is really old and needs replaced. In the meantime, a jumpstart and good cleaning got me up and running so I could get the battery replaced. We looked online together so I would have assistance choosing the best product for me; immediately we were looking at Advanced Auto Parts Website. Immediately I was impressed because it let me know what would and wouldn't work in my vehicle. The next evening I went to the store to make my purchase. The gentleman told me about a battery and I told him it didn't have enough cold cranking amps and told him which one I was looking at; he immediately obliged and said it was a really good battery but he didn't want me to think I was being taken advantage of by offering a more expensive battery...not something you see in a retailer very frequently! I asked about install and he said yes I will definitely take care of that for you. I also decided on some new wiper blades while I was there and once again he didn't try to sell the most expensive brand but when I said I need the best quality he pointed me to a more expensive product stating he didn't want me to think I was being taken advantage of. It was below freezing, spitting freezing rain and he installed both the battery and wiper blades with no complaints, and the battery wasn't the easiest feat! Definitely very customer friendly and above par service! Love this place and their customer service!! I visited the store on S Main in Bloomington IL on 1/8/22 but cannot remember the gentleman's name.

I went to the first store on 66th Street AutoZone they sold me a master cylinder for $161 but it was the wrong one so they told the store on 34th Street had one that's where I met Dan Moore and Felix K were very helpful he pulled three off the shelf in my micrometer so they found out if it would fit or not. They made sure they gave me the right one and I got $40 back they went above and beyond service and I wish every store had a Dan Moore or a Felix k very nice experience five stars with ease The store # is 4810 those guys sure know what they're doing

On Friday, December 3, 2021, I had the pleasure of visiting the Medina, Ohio store. The manager couldn't have been nicer and was accommodating to the point she actually put on my new wiper blades on my Ram 1500. My daughter admired her Christmas bow and she took it off her head and gave it to her. She is an asset to any store and I hope she is promoted soon. What a blessing! Merry Christmas.

Being handicapped and not having help from store employees would be a real problem for me. Thats not the case with Adam at the Kernersville NC store. He serviced me from my car and even prompted me on specials that saved me $20 on oil change parts and oil. Adam has great emotional appeal and very helpful and professional all with a smile on his face. Noticed that the other employee, Andy had the same mannerisms no doubt because Adam has set the standard at his location. It might be of benefit to the company to employ Adam as a training instructor to promote what he has accomplished at his store. JED Bair.

Dan at AA in Oceanside NY was the man! Correctly diagnosed my cars problem, ordered the part for me, and even helped me instal it in the parking lot lol. Great guy, been to a bunch of auto parts stores in the past and never EVER got help like that. Great dude

I visited the store on tabbacco Rd I called and spoke to a manager about a part that I needed for my car when I arrived the store Manager greeted me and got my name and remembered what I needed he was so friendly knowledgeable even went outside to make sure I was purchasing the correct item I was in and out he really made my day thanks Mr Leon Ms vip secret shopper
