I was in a difficult situation with needing a part for my vehicle. I got very helpful assistance by a wonderful sales manager/agent Kiran Mtz. She was very pro-active, didn't quit and promptly got onto the phone to make sure that my past transactions were recognized, otherwise I would not be able to get the part that I needed and be stranded for a few days. My usual case with some auto-parts reps is that they don't have sensitively of our needs. In this case she went above and beyond and I would go shop there anytime. I found scratch marks on my vehicle and was trying to find something that would cover the marks. I asked Kenny to accompany me outside to my vehicle to get his advice. He let me know that what I was attempting would not work and he went back inside to get this Compound and personally applied it to the marks and they disappeared!!!! I was so excited, I hugged him!!!! I thought it would cost me a couple of hundreds to repair and it was only $13.99 in a bottle! The Ultimate Compound made my worries disappear like magic! I would like to commend the store manager, Mike, for his excellent service going above and beyond for my problem tonight. First of all, it was raining and second of all, I had no windshield wipers. I had purchased a set of wiprers from Advance several days ago, but couldn't figure out how to install them. Tonight, I was doing my part time gig delivering pizzas and, of couse, it started to rain. I turned my wipers on and all that came up was the arm for the wiper on the driver's side. I forgot I had removed the original wiper and when I couldn't get the new one on, I said a few curse words and left it as is. So tonight, Valentines Day, on one of the busiest nights for pizzas, it started to rain. I panicked when my wipers didn't work and drove about 5 miles with no wipers. It was hairy and scary. I was able to make it to Advance and went in to the store. Fortunately, Mike was working. I apologized and asked him if he could help. Without batting an eye, he said sure and came out with me into the rain. He expertly attached the wiper, and said "do you have the wiper for the other side" and proceeded to attach that one even though it was still raining. THAT, my friends, is SERVICE. I’m an disable two time Army Wounded Veteran who went to Advance Auto Parts 10620 Pacific Highway S Lakewood WA 98499 to purchased a new set of Batteries for my vehicle and was assisted by Trevor who does an incredible job by ensuring all terminals and everything was scrub of clean and spray. I need to by a 10-Amp fuse for my electric GEM golf cart. I want to Lowes in Boynton Beach, Fl and found a pack with many different size fuses for $37. Then I went to Advanced Auto Store 09142 across Woolbright Road. The same variety pack of fuses was $27 and they had a small pack of 10-amp fuses for $6. I could not get the new fuse to seat on my GzEm fuse box. Three Advance Auto Part employees came out and accessed the problem. They got it to seat for me. This store is great: low prices, knowledgable employees, and wonderful service.

Sophia at 21st on hwy 24 is the best and the most professional I have seen in awhile. When it come to knowing her stuff she excelled. Very kind and helpful with helping with my rewards program. Would recommend this place to anyone.

I wanted to say how professional the staff at 6301 park Blvd, Pinellas park, FL, we're. I can't remember the Managers name, but she was exceptional. She Cross referenced an electrical part for me. I couldn't get any of the other auto suppliers to do this. I'll definitely go back, so I can deal with her. 👍
