I'll never shop there again. I spent almost $300 on 2 Gold series batteries for my dually in April of 2017 they went bad last year and they replaced them, now the new batteries went bad again and they said that the warranty doesn't start over again it goes off the original purchase date of the first batteries. I also had a marine battery go bad from there too, never again.

Definitely not a happy customer of Advance Auto parts in Massachusetts. I purchased spark plug wires for my vehicle two wires out of the box and immediately I found issues with them trying to install them and I determined they were defective and needed to be returned and as a licensed electrician with over 20 years experience about wires and also with extensive knowledge to troubleshoot any electrical issues in a vehicle and without a doubt, I knew I had to bring back the wires for a return because of poor quality product. The customer representative behind the counter immediately gave me a bad attitude because they do not take electrical products back once they're installed, unfortunately as a electrician things do come bad in a new in a box and this was definitely defective. Unfortunately there was a serious attitude between the employee / manager and me. On a personal level, I spend extremely LOT'S of money buying car repair parts with Advance Auto Parts and for this guy to give me an attitude immediately is unprofessional and extremely disappointing that a person behind a counter gives a customer such a bad attitude for no reason whatsoever. I believe companies like this should be exposed for what they are and I'm the person that will take that challenge on. Regarding electrical products, you would expect the product that you're buying to be in working order and unfortunately sometimes you do get something bad in the box and you should be entitled to a replacement or a refund especially the next day after you purchase the product and also without attitude from the Advance Auto parts employee. If a customer determines that the product is inferior and not trustworthy and or defective in some manner the customer should have no problem walking back into the store to fix the issue. I challenge Advance Auto parts, of my professional knowledge.

Would not stand behind a GOLD battery that went bad in just over a year. They wanted me to charge it and try it again. OK, get stuck with my family in the car. Nice.

So many garbage popups on there websight during end of transactions web said something went wrong so I reordered part come to find out I'm out my shipping do to they didn't respond to my email about cancel one but I've learned my lesson! No more purchases here for me

I ordered a battery a $200 12/22/19 at Advance Auto Parts James Campbell, Columbia TN. The battery charger I was borrowing took all afternoon and into the next day to fully charge my installed battery, my car would not start until it was charged. Josh found my order and offered to carry the battery to my car. When I asked about installing the battery he replied "its raining". After leaving with the battery, I decided to go back and ask to speak with a manager to get a better understanding if it is a courtesy or part of their job to replace batteries, the guy I spoke with wore a Titans hoodie, has worked there 2 years and around 40 years of age, no name tag was visible. He told me cars "like" mine require professional installation due to the amount of parts that have to be removed to replace the battery that it would 45-60 minutes to replace. If this is a company rule I understand but I have a toddler and due to have a baby next month so I need my battery taken care of quickly. I spent more money buying my battery through Advance Auto Parts instead of Walmart due to customer service experience. At this point my plan was to charge my battery through the night and leave my car with Walmart's Auto Center the next morning and return the new battery back to Advance Auto Parts. My husband decided he would change the battery (in the rain), if he is capable of changing a battery than an experienced employee could have done it without problems. I regret not going somewhere else to have everything taken care of in a timely manner. At this point, I now have an old battery I paid to have exposed of through Advance Auto Parts. My doctor is debating on putting me on bed rest due to BP/stress. I have no interest in returning to any Advance Auto Parts stores after this experience, my husband prefers Auto Zone anyway.

We are a body & repair shop in NC. We've been trying to get credits back from parts we've returned as well as labor claims reimbursed with no resolution. We've been doing this for a year. Its completely & utterly ridiculous that we can't get anything resolved. We're a technet shop yet this is still going on.

I went in tonight to Auto Zone Here in Gladstone/Kansas City, MO. on Antioch about 7:15 pm and asked for a scan code to be done on my truck, the 1 woman of ONLY 2 women employees on duty told me that they needed ID, I said; I dont need to rent it, I just need a code scan done on my truck. She told me that auto zone cannot do it due to responsibility issues, and they cannot be responsible for reading, or help to read my codes on my truck. I was just there less than a week ago, and had codes read by an employee, and I bought Spark plugs to try and remedy the problem. Now that I put in the plugs. I still seem to have problems, so I needed a code scan to see what comes up now. I am a perks customer, and I see the only reason is: that they were woman auto zone workers not wanting to go outside and do it. I think they should be FIRED! theres plenty of people looking for work that will do their job for them, since they dont want to do it! 10/9/2019

They charged me too much for a car battery, and sold me the wrong one. I did not install it or use it. I returned it the next day, and they refused to give me a full refund.
