Just yesterday visit AAP in Mundelein, IL and Jose the General manager gladly puts the Bosch windshield wiper blades I purchased there (because of a $15 rebate with purchase of 4 spark plugs) on my RX350. The rear window was a pain in the neck but he gladly replaced that one as well. No stress, no hassles, No worries. I realize that this is a free service but it's a big help to get somewhat difficult wiper blades replaced! Compared to its local competitors they are hands down the place to go. You actually get a hello within 15 seconds of entering the store and they stay on task. The wipers are a vast improvement on the OEM.

I had an outstanding experience at Advance Auto Parts on Central Park Drive in Winterville, and I especially want to recognize Dylan S. for truly top-level customer service. It’s rare these days to find someone who is not only knowledgeable, but also genuinely willing to go the extra mile to help. Dylan was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful in making sure I got exactly what I needed. He took the time to answer questions, explained my options clearly, and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. His attitude, product knowledge, and dedication to customer service really stood out. Advance Auto Parts on Central Park Drive is fortunate to have an employee like Dylan representing their store. Because of this excellent experience, I’ll absolutely be returning and would highly recommend this location to anyone needing auto parts or assistance.

Shout out to Michael, who was friendly, helpful, and fast! He tested my van battery, confirmed that it was dead (I watched him through the process and felt comfortable with the diagnosis), then switched out the old battery with the new one in a matter of minutes! Excellent old-school customer service!

Tribute is buttoned up and beautiful. Had a blown fuse for the fog lights and can't say enough about how awesome Gabriel Garcia at AdvanceAuto Parts was for helping me identify which fuse and then helping me replace it. Thanks Gabriel!

We needed a battery replaced, and we had already been to several other large auto stores, but they turned us away. Before I got done paying they had it replaced! I was very impressed. They were super polite and nice, they just took care of us! I couldnt say enough about them!

Luther Henry at store #9682 is a rare gem, hard working and personable. I was taking my wife home from surgery and my battery light came on. I stopped at advance auto and Luther gave me a new battery ( mine was a few days out of warranty) and dead, Luther could have charged me but didn't ,said he wanted me to get my wife home safe. what a guy, at 81 i'm thankful people like Luther are still around. God bless Luther. '
