I’m a current employee I started off a good start then things got weird I never have days off as an part time I’m required days off if the manager sees you have more days off then then him he will change the official schedule to put him off on the days you’re off and he puts you in for long hours I don’t think that’s fair because if it’s a set schedule shouldn’t it be just that and leave it alone

Needed an air filter for a 1989 dodge. Bought ir at the Gardner, Kansas store. hey sold me a size filter that was way to small. When i returned it the man argued with me that it was the correct one. He said someone must have put on an aftermarket air system. I knew that was not the case and he was simply wrong. Not the best customer service.

I needed a battery replaced and I call Hatfield AA and they said it would take too long and they could not do it so I decided to get the battery and do it myself. I went in and the clerk was rude and made a snarky comment when I told him the battery was too expensive. They only had one. He did not mention the discount if I ordered online. So I went online and ordered from another store in souderton and they delivered exceptional service and were polite. I will never go into the Hatfield store again. This is not the first time for there ignorance but with me it is the last

I worked in one year's ago and was very customer oriented and helpful to all. Since then when I do need to get parts it's a headache in the making. No one greats you on entry and the service and lack of knowledge is horrible if you get any person on the front counter and the other ones with knowledge always gone or busy

Maybe a step above advanced auto, but not that great. They are not knowledgable in auto parts. You better double and triple check the part before you buy. Check out is A ZOO.

I came into the store needing a headlight replacement bulb. They had one in stock, although replacing both is recommended. Feel I was over charged since price listed online for this store and for the same part was greatly different. When I asked how hard it would be to change out the headlight bulb, his answer to me was that all depends on the level of experience. I am a woman, what might you be insuitating? I was able to change the bulb, and it had nothing to do with my level of experience. Dude, your ignorant. I'll be sure not to go back there for any part.
