I went to the advanced auto parts on Landover road to get some coolant put in my car. The sales associate was rude after I asked what coolant to use for my Range Rover evoque 2020. He went on to say that they don’t carry anything for used cars and even if they did there is no one available to assist me to put it into my car. I was so upset I stormed out and went across the street to Auto zone where I was greeted by a pleasant lady who was eager to help. She went and obtained the coolant I was looking for herself and even found one of the technicians to assist me with putting it into my car. This was the epitome of great service hopefully advanced auto parts can get it together.

The store in Athens Alabama needs associates who are knowledgeable about their products. I went in yesterday and ask for 2 new batteries for my Nissan Titan diesel. I was told I had 3 options ranging in price and selected the option I wanted and paid the bill. After they removed my batteries they told me only the gold series would fit and it would cost me an additional $50 bucks. Had I known this I would not have purchased at advance and gotten them cheaper at O'Reilly. I should have known better and will never do business at advance again. Enjoy the $50 bucks it is the last you will get from me. Beware of this place!

What a joke, if these people can't find it on their computer they are worthless!! I come in to get a brake line and I showed them the old one and the lady asked me what is this.

Salesperson at the East Washington st new castle pa are rude and the give you a price over the phone and when to go there the price change, I’ll never go there again, I shop for parts elsewhere

Terrible return policy...... they will be out of business shortly. Bought at MAS flow sensor....ended up just cleaning my old one and didn’t even use it and they denied my return!

My daughter picked up an alternator for me. She gave my phone number and name. And gave me the receipe. Wrong connector, was never put on the truck. Took it back to the store in the box, never used WITH the receipt and was denied a refund. WASN'T a credit card, Advanced had the money from the bank refused a cash refund and refused my debit card to refund it on. I've spent a hell of a lot of money there but that put an end to that. And the customer service is lacking to say the least.

this happened on Tues Feb 23rd in the evening. I was at the advanced auto on north plank Rd Newburgh NY. I was picking up my wiper blades that I bought on line and I was told rudely to stand in front of the table by Gino. The person before me and after me where not talked to in a rude manor and they were standing along side Gino but I was told to stand in front of the table. I asked if he could put my wiper blades on and he said rudely again that I would have to wait because he had other customers. I understand that he was busy, but there is no reason to be rude and I was a customer before some of the others I should have been finished before them. I have worked in customer service for 16 years and if I ever treated my customers like that I would have been fired a long time ago. I know it is hard to find good help, but he is not one of them. he is just a warm body.

Advance auto at 2726 w. Sugar creek rd In Charlotte NC has to be the absolute worse store. I called today looking for a package sent there by UPS, and the young man that answered the phone was very rude in telling me the package wasn’t there. I will never patronize this store, and will never order from anywhere online that uses UPS, both have the worst people working for them!
