Ordered online for store pick up today at 708 SOUTH MAIN STREET GRAIN VALLEY,MO 64029 for the first time ever and that will never happen again. Made my account and added my authorized person to pick up my merchandise other than myself. I will never order online again for merchandise from this company and will never do business with the Grain Valley store ever again. My person gets to the store to pick up, upon entering the store she lets the customer service representative know she is there to pick up and gave my name. He instantly responds with; is it a UPS pick up or online order. She says it was an online order and then informs Dustin K that she can check her email for the confirmation if he wants, with his response just being (Yep gonna need it). While she is looking up the email, she notices the parts I ordered and my name laying on the counter right in front of Dustin. The funny thing is this young lady for personal protection never goes anywhere without her body camera when she is alone. Got the whole conversation on audio. You may sell merchandise as a retail store but your sales also depends on your customer service skills or your merchandise isn't that valuable when your competitors carry the same items

Definitely workers are not trained the correct way they do not care whether you drive an hour or two hours to pick up a part that you already paid for but because of miscommunication in between employees that are so lazy to pick up the phone to call Anagha store they made me go from Bonita Springs Florida to North Fort Myers Florida after I pay for my part to waste my time because instead of them calling them to hold a party so I can pick it up the guy didn't even pick up the phone and depart was delivered from North Fort Myers to Bonita Springs after I drove for 2 hours to pick up the goddamn part I talked to manager Victor at Bonita Springs store he did not solve my problem he didn't say anything at all and their workers are sold apart to me when we asking to pick up the phone and call the other store to make sure that I was going to get the part he said that wasn't necessary well guess what it was necessary because they made me waste my time my gas and my money I'm sorry but your crew sucks

Do not get a lifetime warranty .I bought a water pump in 2003 it started leaking out of the weep hole in 2021 yes 17 years . Took it in with the original receipt. They said they could not replace it because it was so old I said yes I understand it's old but I bought a lifetime warranty one .They said that it was against store policy. Then I started asking questions why . Then they said they would replace it out of good faith . I asked do I still get a warranty with this one they said only 90 day . And would not give me a receipt said I was in the system . I have had my truck sence 1997 brand new 200000 mile so yes I want lifetime parts . If Advance Auto will not stand behind there warranty and take care of the customers then I guess I will be going to a different parts store

I ordered 3 things from advance because it was "same day shipping." That was Sunday, today is Wednesday and I'm still waiting on my "same day shipping." Beware of this company's practices. Dishonest. They lost a customer for life. Smart.

went in to get parts for my 1979 ford f 250, first went to get lights and they couldn't get me the right interior (dome) light. couldn't get me front break calipers and had the wrong ones, couldn't get me the right spark plugs for my engine and they fuc ked me over giving me five instead of six. I was ripped off. they never even asked for a model number or anything. just the name of the vehicle. the staff is nice, but the advanced auto itself sucks. wouldn't recommend. you're better off ordering parts yourself. i'll get my oil from O' Reilly's

San Antonio Texas Evans/281 Manager (Alfred) 2 year free replacement Diehard battery. (1)year of service bought 2/20 Would not honor warranty because it has to be bought at Sears, which is gone or purchased at his store. I purchased the batter out of town. Not in San Antonio. I encourage everyone not to shop at ADVANCED AUTO PARTS. I never write reviews But these people (Alfred) need to take a customer courtesy class

2003 Ford escape, Resonator, other stores were closed or did not carry in stock, Advance Auto parts were helpful in getting me what I needed, the next day, HOWEVER, when the parts were put together by the company who makes them, the HAND WELDED ALL THE FITTINGS, VERY SLOPPY, and EVERY ONE LEAKED, i had to repair the welds, to late to return the part as I had inspection the next day. they could not have pressure checked the assembly or they would have rejected it. this it the kind of junk from ADAVACE AUTO PARTS. I have in past times, purchased oil filters and a total of 3 were bad, WHERE ARE THEY GETTING THERE PARTS FROM, FROM NOW ON, I WILL ONLY BUY RAGS, MOTOR OIL AND NON MECHANICAL PARTS FROM THEM, THERE SOCKETS ARE ALSO MADE OF CHEAP METAL SO BUYER BE WARE...........
