Marck is the man! I ordered a part online. It arrived broken. I took it to his store in Plano to have him return the part and order me a new one. He did whatever he needed to do for me to take care of my problem. All I had to do was sign my name! FIVE STARS TO MARCK AND ADVANCES AUTO PARTS!!!!!!

Went to Advance Auto in Seabrook NH on Lafayette Road. The store manager Andrew helped us.. he was great@! He was attentive, very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and got us exactly what we needed. Kudos to Andrew.. my husband being able to fix the issue saved us hundreds of dollars!!! Give that man a raise!!

I must state that I've been shopping at Advanced Autoparts for years now and must say that Ileana C has always helped me out with recommending products, parts and also recommended some parts for my dads car in Cuba. Ileana C's customer service skills are on point and the reason why I always go back to Advance.

Ordered online and said the part was available, got to the store and it was out of stock. Transferred order other store on San Jose blvd south of 295 just a few miles away, got the part and got a great discount.

I have been a customer from thier conception, good at the start but overtime they have only become a highly profit miss under managed over worked environment. Some products not available. The same if we can have forced labor like China it will and is happening. Hope this helps.

Store. #6615 958 South Havana Street Aurora, CO 80012. My wife's car had a dead battery. The online site stated that an Advance Auto Parts employee could install the new battery at the manager's discretion. The bolts holding the battery in place were rusted and the brackets holding the battery in place were corroded. When I explained to Adrian that I was from out of town, he cheerfully agreed to remove the old battery and install the new battery even though it certainly would have been his prerogative to decline the installation because of the poor condition of the old battery brackets and bolts. I was in and out with the new battery installed in less than 30 minutes.

A week ago yesterday we visited the Advance Auto Parts #4533 store to purchase an alternator. The young lady with the red hair (I wish I had gotten her name) was extremely helpful and nice. We also needed the alternator installed, and she gave us the names of the 3 closest mechanics along with their numbers. This is why I only shop at Advance.
