John and Kyle recently helped me with replacing my car battery and it being under warranty. I have a high risk s/o and they were great about going out to the car to grab the battery, calling me the next day to let me know it was ready, and also taking it out to the car when I picked it up. I recently visited Advanced auto parts on rt 360 west in Midlothian near Winterpock rd. They always give me great service. Norman is the assistant manager and he's helped me many times. He assisted me with a new battery for my wife's car. This young man understands customer service, is knowledgeable about his products and has a A1 attitude and disposition. I truly appreciate that Norman helped me by testing the battery and determining it was shot. Then installing my new battery all in about 10 minutes so that I was able to get my wife's car back to the house on time for her to drive to work. Top notch service. Norman definitely makes this store better.

I have been having problems hauling stuff in my 1992 Ford F-150. Was needing a way to haul heavier stuff. Then I found the Auto Craft 3 way adjustable Leaf Spring Helper kit. Was very inexpensive under 35$. And after installation, which by the way was SUPER EASY only about 15-20 min per side, my truck was high again, tighten up in back end alot more, and has a 1,500 extra lb overload limit. Truck does not sway as much when loaded then before. Would definitely recommend to other people..

This for store 9492 Perrine ,FL Been going here for over 20 years for my parts needs. Most recently needed help with replacing a die hard battery that I bought in Sears automotive in 2018 that was still under warranty and failed. I wasn’t sure what this process would be. Ben took care of me today and tested it out and verified failure and got me going with a warranty exchange. Appreciate the good service here always.

Went to Advance Auto Parts at Burke, Va. on Dec. 30, 2020, at 1 pm. planning to buy a new battery for my SUV. I was already prepared to pay for the battery but what the employee did was he checked the battery first in my car with the device he had in his hand and rev it up to 2000 RPM just to be sure that there are no other problems. After checking he told me that there's really nothing wrong with the existing battery and it doesn't need a new one coz it's still running okay. Because of the cold weather and my car not being used every day it's not charging much. For me, that's great customer service. Other places just take advantage of you and sell you anything! But I'm really glad that this branch is not taking advantage of the customers. They will get my business in the future, that's for sure!
