I went to Store #09494 last night thinking my battery was dead. Charlie was very helpful. It turned out to be my key fob. He treated me as a friend not just a customer. I would recommend him to any of my friends. Keep up the good work Charlie.

The store in Clearwater FL on Enterprise Rd was completely awesome. Jake and his crew member (can't remember his name) on April 12th went above and beyond to help us in a crisis. They were just Amazing. Extreme customer care.

I what at the Kingsport TN store Ivwas in need of a car battery. The young girl was trying to help me but was not able to install the battery due to its placement in the car. The manager took over looked at the placement and said no problem I can take care of it it will just take a few extra minutes. Then finding the battery he tried to fine a cheaper one but was unable to. He stood in the rain installed my battery was polite and friendly the whole time. This man us the model for customer service and should be training other managers. You are luck to have him in your organization. I will not forget him. And this will make me return to his store and refer others.

I went to your Advance Auto Store on North Plank Rd Newburgh NY on Wednesday Feb 24th to get my wiper blades put on. I was there on Tuesday and the worker Gino was to busy to help me. When I went back on Wed, Rick who is the other customer service tech, came outside right away to install the wiper blades!! He was very helpful, professional, and pleasant and it only took him 2 minutes to install. That is the kind of person you want working for you . If I need anything, I will make sure Rick is there to help me.
