Booked on line, on Saturday for Monday.... only in Hawaii short time... after confirming, giving date and taking payment.... you canceled my 2 person excursion ( I assume to book a 4 person) and offered a date after I was leaving Your company is poor quality

We booked a hot air balloon ride with Adrenaline in Pheonix two days in advance. Adrenaline sent us a confirmation letter with all the information. However when we got there on the reserved ride day, the ride company said they have never received the reservation from Adrenaline, so we were rejected to ride. This totally ruinned our plan and our day. The worse experience ever. I can't believe Adrenaline is so irresponsible and unprofessional. Highly un recommended!

I bought hot air balloon ride certificates for my wife's birthday. We went on the experience provider website and booked our ride. On the scheduled date we drove for two hours to the place to find out that there is no hot air balloon rides. We called the provider's phone number but it transferred our call to the voicemail that was full. We called adrenaline and told us that they would start the refund process and it would take about three days. We never heard back from them. A week later I called again and a very polite person said that they are still working on it and trying to contact the experience provider, for some reason. I didn't think much of it and agreed to wait another three days. After another week of waiting I called again and this time a person on the phone said that my certificates were reactivated and I can book a different activity. I said that Adrenaline failed to provide their services so I want a refund to which they said that their certificates are not refundable. This business needs to be shutdown.

Once I posted on Trustpilot I received my refund with an apology which I appreciate. When I booked I thought I was booking directly with Papillon Helicopter your. Booking was simple for a helicopter and hummer tour with Adrenaline. They are quick to take your money but not quick to provide a refund. However Grand Canyon helicopter tour was cancelled due to weather (11/3) I contacted Adrenaline to let them know the helicopter tour was cancelled. I have called several times only to be told by Sam that she would contact Papillon (they were doing the tour) to confirm the tour was cancelled due to weather. Every time I have spoken to her she says the same thing. She said once she contacts them and if the tour was cancelled I would receive a refund within 7-10 days. It has been a month and I still haven’t received a refund. I’m only asking for a partial refund because I did take the hummer tour. I wish I had read the reviews if this company before booking with them!

Die Seite ist nicht empfehlenswert. Wir haben am 14.8.2022 drei Helicopterflüge im Grand Canyon gebucht. Hierfür kann man auf der Seite von Adrenaline jeweils die freien Zeitslots auswählen. Circa 10 Stunden später wurden von Adrenaline die Flüge als nicht mehr verfügbar gemeldet. Die angebotenen Alternativtermine waren für uns nicht sinnvoll. Nach Anruf bei Adrenaline bat man uns, dies mit den aktuell als verfügbar angezeigten Slots noch einmal zu versuchen. Wir haben erneut 2 Flüge gebucht und diese wurden 12 Stunden später erneut als nicht verfügbar gemeldet. Leider konnten wir dann nicht mehr fliegen. Meine Empfehlung: Adrenaline meiden und direkt bei den Anbietern buchen. Zudem ist bei Anrufen die Hotline in Chicago ausgesprochen unfreundlich und wenig serviceorientiert.

My husband NEVER went on his fathers day helicopter ride!! Yet in order to book they need your credit card before they confirm . ITS a SCAM!!! They charge your card, use independent vendors and then say they can't do what you ask but never credit your credit card back . Saying it will drop off cause its a pending charge .It Don't!!! PS I did it through Paypal .. They supported the scam !! asking for proof of a credit that was. ever issued so they validated them keeping payment for service NEVER received !!! DONT give Adrenaline or Paypal your credit card !! NO PROTECTION!!!!!

PLEASE AVOID THIS SITE I booked Helicoptor tour for Air Maui Hawaii using this site. Unfortunately I got covid 3 days before my scheduled travel. Air Maui itself has 48 hrs free cancellation policy. However, Adrenaline.com just want to loot hard earned money of people. They dont care about the reasons and charge 10% cancellation fee when everybody else (Hotel, AIrlines. Air Maui itself) were ready to cancel with zero cost.
