It's not that we don't want to assist you, It's that we cannot assist you. Adkad Technologies clearly states on their website, the desktop version is compatible with PC's only. An Apple operating system will not run any software developed for a Windows operating system. The low market share of Apple computers makes development of a software product for this industry cost prohibitive. Our Cloud based service will run the software on a Mac. You were offered this option, but declined because of the monthly fee associated with the cloud based version. Rating our support as 1 star would be like someone rating a lawn care company the same way because they don't offer pesticide applications, or retaining walls. We understand that you are frustrated, but your review is unfair.

Hi Charles, and thanks for the review. Did you know you can create a snowplowing route(s) from your customer list? This will give you the separation you are looking for. The Chemical Application Reports can be emailed or printed. In the Preview pane, you should see the Email and Print buttons.
