I also would love to give 0 stars. Ordered a necklace for my daughter who is residing in the UK. Ordered it in mid October.. still not received. They said I need to claim from UPS, UPS said it is the supplier's issue. Please do not order from this company... I wish I read the reviews before ordering... My sense is the good reviews that you see here are all bogus. Avoid at all costs...UPDATE: The necklace finally arrived.. we had to pay an extra 30 pounds for custom. It looks nice but average quality. Probably could find better quality for the price.

I want to give 0 stars also!! I am very very unhappy with my purchase (personalised choker) it does not look anything like the pictures/video on the website!!! Customer service is shocking I have not had a reply from them! Do not buy from this company! My necklace looks cheap and chavy not dainty and subtle as on the website!!! So unhappy!!!

I bought a gold and diamond necklace for over £800 from thsi company. The customer service has been terrible and rude. My order was delayed d I then had to pay 230£ import duties when it arrived into the UK. This was not made clear when I purchased. I wouldn’t recommend you even buy a pinky ring from this awful company.

Do not buy from this company. I never received my order USD 100 and no customer support. I was told it was not their problem. There are many other reputable, professional online jewellery store's with excellent service. This mob are shamers... AVOID!!!

Wish I could give a zero star review! I have posted this review on fb but wanting to write on as many platforms as possible to avoid people experiencing the same terrible situation as I did. DO NOT, DO NOT order from this company!!!! We ordered over $200 worth of jewellery over a month ago from Australia and the package was lost in transit. We contacted Adina’s to let them know we still haven’t received the items and that they have gone missing, they directed us to file a claim with UPS. UPS told us they can’t do anything and that Adina’s needs to file a claim directly to UPS. Adina’s refused to do anything and continued to direct us to UPS. Called the company who offered absolutely no assistance, essentially blaming the customer for the issue and washing their hands of it. Never have I received such terrible customer service from an online company before. They offered no reimbursement and did not want to resend the products. They are happy to take your money whether or not you get the goods. Do not order from them unless you are happy to throw away money and get nothing but “sorry we can’t help you” back from this terrible company.

DO NOT BUY IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!!! my 14k plated earing tarnished after 70 days. You're better off buying from brands like Mejuri who are similar in the price range and actually have product integrity. I emailed them about my earings and the redirected me to pay to send my earrings back to get relating... they went in the garbage and I ended up buying from Mejuri a similar style. Honestly, just save your money!!!!!

I ordered an anklet from Adina’s. It was personalized, so it was not returnable. However, they did not make the anklet correctly. On the website it says that it is a 9 inch anklet + 1 inch extender. I was sent a 6.5 inch anklet + 2.25 inch extender. I can’t even wear it because it isn’t even 9 inches. It’s been 8 days since my first email with no response. This $115 dollar anklet also came in a box that looked used. I’m dealing with the credit card company now. Review Edit - I received an email from the company a week later apologizing and telling me that they were resending the anklet. I received the package today with no product inside; however, there was a receipt saying no exchanges and a breast cancer pamphlet. It was not opened by the post office. The package was sealed. I cannot believe the quality control. I'm taking them to small claims if my credit card company does not reimburse me.

JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS !!! Ils font tout pour maintenir une bonne image mais ce sont des voleurs. Très mauvais service, ne réponde jamais. J'ai passé 2 commandes il y a 3 mois une de 48$ et une de 20$. Je n'ai rien reçu. Ne commandez pas !!! Il ya braucoup mieux niveau qualité et service !
