Over a month - no update on shipping, never received the package

These are scammers. They have great Insta adverts but when it comes to customer service, it’s non existent. The item I ordered is late, in fact so late I have given up hope of ever receiving it. I am about to start a fraud claim with my card provider

Buyers beware! This is the worst jewelry brand I have ever worked with/purchased from and I have purchased from Bulgari, Cartier, Rolex and more independent jewelers located in NY such as Jennifer Fisher and Olive & Chain. This jeweler uses a culmination of scam and scare tactics to make a living. From the get go the website has a countdown making you think the sale special is coming to and end and then just as it does the cycle automatically resets and repeats itself again with no changes to the sale or prices. This was the first red flag. Secondly, all markdown, promotional or sale items are final sale, so if you do not pay full price for an item you can not return it to get your money/cash back. I recently made a purchase and it did not stipulate final sale at any point throughout the check out process and cut to today and it is now somewhere located in the fine print. I read the final terms and conditions of every purchase I make for this very reason along with my own protection of shady transactions. At the time it was not stated anywhere. Even when providing evidence (emails and screenshots) of this to customer service they still did not rectify the matter. The website also states super friendly customer service and easy returns; claims that are also clearly false advertising, deceptive and shady. Their customer service is outsourced and not from the actual boutique/jeweler themselves. It is basically all a sham so the owner can collect as much money as possible for herself. It is ironic that she markets herself as a mother and a self made millionaire who started her business with $100 all over instagram and boasting her “success”, but really she is just a wolf in sheep’s clothing and just someone else pretending to be someone they are not on the internet and instagram. Perhaps being a wolf is a trait that could be revered in other lines of work, but not in business when honesty and transparency is what is valued with the upmost importance and especially when it comes to people’s money. Given the continuous negative reviews I am sure that customer retention rates are low and that Adina Eden is nothing more than a low level scam artist hiding in the shadows and quietly making money off of hardworking individuals falling for her false claims and shady sales tactics.

TERRIBLE company run away fast

These people are clueless idiots. I was told my necklace would take 12-18 days and now 44 days later I have no necklace but 3 emails a day asking me to review the product. Customer service is useless. Their forms are clumsy and useless “describe the product or include a picture” after I already named the order number. People like this have no business operating a retail shop. They fail every step of the way. I opened up a claim with my credit card since these buffoons can’t manage any part of this

Ordered a lariat necklace that stated lariat drop was 7 inches, it was only 2. Returned got a gift card. Thought it was just a fluke and reordered it and it wasn't on sale, I paid an extra 230.00. Recieved it and it was also 2 inches instead of stated 7 in description. Sent back asked for the 230.00 back in how I paid, cause I will not buy from them again. Thought ok a 300.00 lesson I'm out. Today they gave me a gift card again instead of my request for cash back to my account. They will not answer phone, I'm out 500 + dollars here.

I ordered a custom piece 11/15/25 for a Xmas gift. I never got a shipment notification. So I called them for a status update end of November. The lady (Rachel) answered told me it would be ready to be shipped by early December. I called back mid December for another status update, again because no shipping notification and Xmas is around the corner and it take 5-8 business days to ship The Rachel person answered and seemed confused that it still hadn't shipped nor where it was. So she will send an inquiry to call me back. Crickets. I called again the next day. This time to cancel the order and get a refund. Again she said she had to put an escalation Heard nothing back. I had to dispute the charges. Now 2 days before Xmas, they sent a shipment notification. I called again to let them know that I cancelled the order. Still no response. DO NOT order from these company. They are liars, they do not care about their customers...

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is an absolute joke. I placed an order, it said “shipped,” and then the package completely disappeared. No updates for weeks. When I contacted them after 20 business days, they kept brushing me off with empty promises to “call me back, which never happened. After me chasing THEM down for over a week, they finally admitted they wouldn’t send me a replacement because the package “might be dispatched somewhere in the world.” Really? They knew it wasn’t coming, I knew it wasn’t coming, and still they refused to do anything about it. Customer service is useless, unprofessional, and downright shady. I paid for something I never received and they took zero accountability. Save yourself the headache and your money. Stay FAR away from Adina’s Jewels. It’s a scam.
