I order a gold bracelet. 1. I received 1 month later than the date expected 2. I had to pay the courier an extra 60 euro to collect the package (I paid an extra charge to Adina’s jewels to get a fast delivery) 3. After 2 months the gold bracelet turn in metal color ( it was fake) Nothing else to say….

J ai commandé une bague en argent pour une centaine d euros. Après deux semaines de nombreuses pierres se décollent. La qualité c'est pas vraiment ça. Ont peux trouver mieux pour moins Cher.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I have ordered from adinas 3+ times over years. My first purchase (when they were first getting started) was a name plate necklace that I received with no issues. A few years later I purchased a ring and necklace that they "forgot to send out- the warehouse was having issues" until I emailed them and they sent it two weeks later. The third time they sent me the completely wrong necklace, when I called on the phone the girl had absolutely no idea what she was saying or even talking about. There was no-one else I was allowed to talk to. She wanted to email me a return label that I would print, package the item up and bring to the post office. I asked if she could send the label via mail instead because I don't have a printer and she kept repeating "after you get the label via email you will return the wrong item and when the warehouse checks the item we will then mail you the correct item you ordered" she then hung up. This company is a joke, they made a mistake and want me to put in a bunch of work just to get what I ordered. The necklace they by accidentally sent me literally looked like a 2 year old went to a craft store and made it. I will be writing a review on yelp if you would like to see photos. Its laughable just like this company

Wish I read these reviews before I spent $500 on jewelry from Adinas. In all fairness, I did base my purchase off a friend’s experience but still. I ordered a customized 14KT gold necklace and when I received it a month later (I understand it takes longer for customized pieces), it arrived with 2 fresh scratches on the nameplate. In disappointment, I emailed requesting a return with the pictures to show the scratches. I returned it the same day I received it which was when I should’ve asked for a complete refund noting their poor quality. I received the new nameplate a month later, mind you no one ever notified me on whether it was going to be fixed or made new which really helps a customer understand the timeframe it’ll take to expect the product back (poor communication). When I finally received my new nameplate after a month & some change, I tried putting it on and it snapped. At this point I’m furious because this was once again confirmation of Adina’s poor quality. I was offered a reimbursement for getting it repaired which I guess is better than nothing however spending $500+ on something that’s supposed to be of higher quality and more durable, it’s extremely disappointing and infuriating. It only took about a week for it to snap again in a different spot. My whole point of this is to say, do not waste a dime on this website; you’re better off going to forever 21.

Never received my item and very bad customer service! I had paid more than £200 and I couldn’t get any money back. Customer service is not helpful , they don’t give any directions to solve the problem, they didn’t reply me and they told me that they do not take responsibility for losing the item.

I received my parcel after 3 months, I had to pay extra $ 100 for customs, they don't answer you for more than 2-3 weeks because they know they are wrong
