Disappointed in the false claims of prompt shipping
Their website states openly that orders ship within 3 business days. I received my email with tracking that also states that the tracking number is NOT generated until or is SHIPPED. However this is very misleading, Its been about a week now and my order was just picked up by the post office. I contacted customer support and was promptly told "sorry, I can't help you so you will need to call the warehouse manager". Like one reviewer noted "Honesty is above all" and they are in short supply of it. Their website is great to navigate and user friendly. But all in all, I should have paid more and just went to a local dealer.

Pros: They had the parts that I needed
Pros: They had the parts that I needed. The order can more or less on time. Cons: Very long refund and return authorization process. Despite the return policy on their website, that states that the restocking fee will be waived if replacement order number provided, they still withheld that restocking fee from my refund. I emailed regarding the issue and had not received a response, called twice, but got "disconnected" while on hold. Honesty is above all. I found them dishonest!!!
