Gipped and shipped …
I was disappointed that a clutch pedal stopper costing a little over thirteen dollars, and weighing a few ounces would cost over thirteen dollars shipping. Shipping cost more than the part.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration when the shipping cost is close to or higher than the price of the part. Shipping charges are based on the carrier rates and package requirements, which can sometimes make shipping a small item more expensive than the part itself. We appreciate you sharing your concern and will continue looking for ways to offer more reasonable shipping options.

Put the customer first
I have ordered from acurapartswarehouse a few times already and had positive experiences. My last order turned out to be a disaster. They sold me a defective sunroof seal. NOT their fault, it was assembled wrong. I requested an RMA and filled out the required info with photos. Then I got the run-around. I was asked to take the part to a dealer to obtain a written diagnostic report. Please tell me what diagnosis a rubber seal needs when the photos clearly indicate the 180 degree twist that renders the seal unusable? Additional edit: I then purchased the same seal from an Acura dealership and had the parts guy take it out for inspection. It was perfect, so I installed it. The Acurapartswarehouse was kind enough to issue me a refund for returning the defective part, so I'll put a star back on this review.

Not packed right
The radiator I ordered was n ot packed right. It was not stable in the box. And had cardboard type packing instead of bubble wrap or in a second box. The fins are all bent from the hard cardboard packing.

For the $20.00 shipping fee the part should have been shipped by the next day. Other than that the part arrived as advertised.
