Shipping costs were 8 times the cost of the product. Customer service did not have the tools to fix this - became very expensive for a small piece of rubber that is less material than half a pencil.

Thank you for your feedback. We have looked into the referenced order number and we could not find any record of customer service exchange. We believe this review may have been intended for a different business, as the details mentioned don’t match our records or the services we provide. If this was posted in error, we’d appreciate a correction. Thank you!

Horrible experience with this company
Horrible experience with this company. I highly advise everyone to not buy or deal with them. They will send fake not genuine parts in Oem like packaging . Staff is extremely rude and not helpful at all . FAKE NON OEM PARTS!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way. To clarify, our products are genuine OEM items sourced directly from the original factory, not knockoffs or replicas. We understand misinformation is common, but we stand by the authenticity and quality of everything we sell. We understand that receiving an item in anything less than expected condition can be frustrating. We take all feedback seriously and stand firmly behind the quality of our products and customer service. We have requested more information on Trustpilot, please take your time and answer in detail as much as possible, so we may assist you further. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to uphold the standards our customers rely on. Edit: It has been a few days since we requested more information.
