We have adapted Acuity to work with our business, but we still wish there was a way to archive classes that are no longer active. We have to set up a new class for every class we offer as it is a multi-day class. Right now we have to go in and change the category for a finished class to something that appears at the bottom of the list of classes. It becomes very cumbersome as we have 2.5 years of classes and have up to 20 classes in a month. It works well though, I just wish we could made some feature requests and have them be addressed.

Good app, easy to work

We are a dance business and have been using acuity scheduling since an year now. It was quite easy to set up and have lots of youtube videos available to help. We raised a query with the customer support team and they were very considerate and helpful. We would like to continue using this software and would highly recommend.

I don’t like it doesn’t allow me the feature to confirm or deny appointments before they’re booked. It doesnt always send confirmation to clients.

I would appreciate controlling mass text messages. New features! A review option for clients and more.

Acuity is great for organizing bookings with my nail business. However, it would be nicer if there is a ‘Waitlist’ option for clients who want to get a notification whenever a slot opens up so they can book it right away! Other scheduling platforms have this type of feature already, hoping for Acuity to have the same!! :)

It’s a great website but the app glitches a lot

I use acuity for both virtual and in-person appointments for our studio. We use the intake forms to prep for our rentals and the ability for clients to update before their appointment is incredibly helpful! I like that the client view and the back-end are quite intuitive, so our clients can be autonomous in their bookings. For our members I do an onboarding call to showcase the sign in function & rescheduling. I’m incredibly happy with how well Acuity has worked for our studio! In case I couldn’t catch a later drop in in-person, I also really like how the invoicing feature associates a client to a class so I can correctly capture which event this client is associated with.
