The First Annual Review of the Apex 27.5, by Actbest E-Bicycle Company.
It is the close of this bike's 1st year. My speedometer actually reads: 2626. This bike was a blessing on multiple levels after modifications were made for the Sonoran Dessert. It's manufacture has NEVER failed. It's electronics are as robust as ever, calculating for battery degradation over a years time, this Apex 27.5 still meets and surpasses expectations on a daily basis. I am a lifestyle bicyclist - this vehicle being the only transportation I need. The dessert tested this vehicle at first, as regards thorns and heat resistance, but with a small investment in thick, knobby tires this bike runs as a very well balanced machine. I recently visited my local Bike Junction, in Apache Junction, AZ., and thinking my brakes had run out of road, put it in their capable hands. I turned around to ask when to expect the repairs and they were completed already. The bill of sale for the brake adjustment, $15. This Actbest Apex 27.5 is truly the apex of the 28 MPH electronic bicycle genre! Trust this make and model, I do, every day.

The bike came with a broken kickstand. I reached out to customer service and they quickly responded with a replacement part. Great e bike and great service.

I am happy report…
I am happy report that I am a very satisfied Actbest customer! I purchased a new ebike, this being my primary method of travel in my city. Around a couple of weeks later the bike began to not pedal assist and I reached out to the customer service team. They not only identified the problem exactly but provided me a solution even though they were out of the part in question. I greatly appreciate the ownership of the problem and the amazing service. When a basket on one of the two Actbest mini triks we purchased came crushed, we emailed the Actbest service group and included a photo of the crushed basket with purchase documention.
