Easy website to navigate. Notification from Acratech within minutes that my order was received. Another notification the same day my order was shipped. Item arrived in well packaged boxes with foam inserts for protection during shipping. Very impressed with this and the tripod head/leveling base is the best I’ve ever owned. I’m a highly satisfied customer!

Great customer service when there was a hiccup with the payment process. Promptly received the panoramic head, and I have been loving it ever since.
