They have the most unique toys to satisfy every fetish, I love this site. And I recently purchased an item and it stopped working on me, they replaced it right away. No hassles either. They respond to you very fast and your can use the chat on the app or email either way.

Making the customer happy
Quick and fair resolution to an issue with a product that would not accept recharging after initial use. Great communication as long as you follow through on Acme's requirements via email. Great product.
