It didn't start so great
It didn't start so great, as my package seemed to have gotten stolen after delivery. But, after a quick message with a brief explanation, a quick and painless solution was arranged with no problem whatsoever. Also the AcmeJoy representative I spoke with was more than courteous, but kind and professional. Will definitely be a returning customer and most definitely, recommend. Thanks again AcmeJoy

Customer support was prompt to reply to my concerns about shipping delay. They were very professional and helpful in addressing the issues. The quality of the service and product was great. What made my experience great is the…
What made my experience great is the fact really that there were so many fun toys to play with I usually like to stay at home working but with all these toys I can’t help but to have one with me while I work besides me. High Quality

Customer service was great!
I never received my package, either because it was stolen or misdelivered, so I cannot speak on the product itself yet. But upon notifying customer service of the situation with the package, they handled everything perfectly, from conducting the investigation to filing a claim. The even replaced the missing product so I'm really looking forward to receiving it and trying it out soon!!
