This review reflects only the customer service rendered and not the purchased products since I have not received them yet. In any event, my package was lightly to be misdelivered by USPS. I never received my package even though USPS’s tracking showed that it was already delivered at address. I contacted customer service of the issue and it took almost a week to hear back after a couple of inquiries. Understandably that it required times to review and research. After two weeks, Acmejoy decided to send me a replacement package, which I am still waiting on. Five stars rating reflects the firm’s willingness to resend the replacement package.
