They stepped up their response and professionalism
I was not happy that I was not notified in advance as was my understanding and then notified several months later after expiring. They were also very show in responding to inquiries about time-sensitive sales that expired before I could get my answers. Then I received a product that did not work and they handled it very professionally. They asked me a couple questions to ensure it wasn't working and I was not at fault and then sent me a replacement. It is my favorite and the best toy ever. I am very pleased that they were very fair and responsive to my request. Thank you Acmejoy!

Great Product and Great Replacement Service
The prostate toy I purchased works amazing. However after a few weeks it stopped working - I sent in a replacement order with videos to show what was the problem, and Acmejoy was very helpful and quickly sent me a replacement. Thanks!

Hi! Thanks for asking about the separate shipment—sorry for any confusion! The doll and your other products are sent separately because they’re stored in different warehouses (we keep large dolls in a special warehouse for better protection). Don’t worry, both parcels are on their way , and we’ll send you tracking info for all of them. They should arrive around the same time! Let us know if you need any other updates 😊
