My product was mis delivered and once this happend I contacted acmejoy and their response time was great and timely. I had my product replaced and sent to me again. I did not expect they would respond as quickly as they did. I would recommend them as a trusted and communicable source for products.

I purchased 2 products, from the acmejoy store, 1 product was delivered, I waited 2 months for the other product, and then contacted acmejoy support via their contact email. They responded quite promptly and I organised a replacement product. I received a refund for the price difference 3 days later, and the replacement product was received about 3 weeks after that, both the products look to be of good quality and work as described

For those of you that are giving negative reviews. Did you first realize that you were ordering from China? There postal service once it gets to port can be a bit slow for shipping to the USA. Next once it gets over to the USA, the package will get stuck in USA customes for a few months up to 10 to 20 years if it gets lost there and that is very common with USA customes. Don't blame the company selling the product. Ultimatly blame the USA Customs. They loose packages over 50% of the time, and it has gotten worse with our current Postmaster General and Biden having a power struggle for the past many months. A package lost in USA customs (verry common now) will eventually find its way to you, assuming you don't move without forwarding address(es).
