One of the things I love most about this product are the numerous controls and different settings that come with it. Some masturbators have the regular basic settings that don't quite get the job done, but after reviewing this one, I know I made the right choice. I am so happy and I hope others give it a try too! For me the design is perfect and I enjoy the vibrations which gets me every time!

There was a problem with the delivery. Customer service was fantastic and took care of everything. The product is awesome. Lots of versatility and oh, what a feeling. Second only to the real thing - and better than some. Love the product and the service. Thanks Annie and Acmejoy.

Annie was my Customer Service Representative, I had received a defective unit. Through many communications with Annie the problem was resolved rapidly, You don’t find that much in Customer Service much anymore. Annie was very helpful in all aspect, she is the example of what Customers Service should be. She cares about taking care of the Customer.
