The way acmejoy support team handeled the issues really impressed me. They resolved all my issues and help me get what I like.

Amazing product with great shipping and amazing customer service!

Products were great. Was actually sent the wrong product initially, but the customer service department addressed the issue right away and sent the correct product almost immediately. Highly satisfied with both the products and the customer service.

Great service, I had my card stolen and they responded within minutes and gave me a full refund

What made my experience wonderful while shopping with Acme Joy is the level of customer service. They respond back to you with any issue you may have in a quick and timely matter, very polite, and willing to do what ever it takes to satisfy the customer. I’m very much pleased and will definitely continue shopping on Acme Joy. They also sell long lasting and very efficient mens toy's.

I tried this new toy and it gave me truly intense pleasure! I could clearly feel its orgasmic tremors as if I was experiencing real sex! Really fantastic!

Ordered three products (with great value discounts) and two arrived very promptly. Unfortunately, one was out of stock but amazing customer service to arrange a replacement product and post. Very highly recommended products and above and beyond customer service.

I had purchased three different items two of the items had an issue with the Bluetooth remote's that were not pairing with the devices. I had emailed them but I thought that had not responded but my mistake had gone to my spam. I emailed them back again and explain the issue that I was having. Annie from their office email me back with several suggestions on how to rectify it to pair up. I tried every pairing options/suggestions but they did not work. After I explained what I'd gone through to get it to work and I was still not able get it to work. They sent me out replacements that work perfectly fine. I was planning on buying several other things but I was concerned with online purchasing for these items. I was glad to find someone that was reputable and stood by their products I plan on ordering several more items from them.
