I placed a warranty claim for a ph pen. The pen started malfunctioning after I dropped it in water. The process was very simple and I wasn’t hassled about troubleshooting. A new pen is already on the way before I shipped my current one back. This is a huge relief because it allows me to still use my current one as a reference point even if it’s not calibrated correctly
