❌ CATASTROPHIC STRUCTURAL FAILURE, ACCIDENT HAZARD.
Review Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (0/5 Stars if I could) The Fact-Based Complaint Narrative: "I am filing a formal corporate complaint against AC Infinity due to a combination of catastrophic product manufacturing failures, household safety hazards, and an absolute failure to resolve a major merchant billing error. I experienced a severe technical glitch within their smart device application interface that completely hid active device port channels from my mobile view, locking me out of controlling my own hardware. During this system lockout, the physical top-beam support weld on their grow tent completely SNAPPED under a normal, standard equipment load. A heavy steel-core carbon filter came crashing down, violently striking my leg on the way down and leaving me deeply bruised, before flattening my plant canopy and killing my premium genetics instantly. Had this metal filter fallen slightly to the left, it would have sheared through live electrical lines, creating an immediate, catastrophic electrical fire hazard in a home where my child sleeps. Following this severe safety failure, their customer support network completely ghosted my service tickets. I was passed around by phone agents named Trevor, Kenny, and Nicklas who actively dodged accountability, gave false product specifications, and outright lied on recorded service lines. Furthermore, during this ordeal, their billing portal experienced an unauthorized transaction glitch that hit my checking account with a massive, erroneous high-dollar overcharge that left my family financially stranded during a highly difficult week. Because the merchant completely failed to answer their service lines or reverse their billing loop error, I have been forced to take the hard documentation to my bank's fraud division to launch an intensive merchant dispute investigation to freeze their payments and claw back my cash. I am demanding a full, immediate corporate audit of this transaction, a complete refund of all erroneous overcharges, and a formal review of their structural welding safety protocols before their defective hardware causes a house fire."
