Ich bin selten jemand, der Bewertungen schreibt. Aber hier wäre alles andere einfach unehrlich. Ich liebe dieses Unternehmen. Wirklich. Ich habe über die Zeit locker rund 3.000 Euro in mein Equipment investiert und ich kann mit voller Überzeugung sagen: So einen Kundenservice habe ich noch nie erlebt. Egal mit welchem Problem ich mich bisher an den Support gewendet habe – ich habe immer eine Antwort bekommen. Und zwar nicht dieses standardisierte „Bitte warten Sie…“, sondern echte Hilfe. Meistens innerhalb von 24 Stunden. Und wenn es wirklich mal länger gedauert hat, dann maximal zwei Tage – und das war die absolute Ausnahme. Oft kamen sogar konkrete, detaillierte Anleitungen, wie ich mein Setup besser nutze, um am Ende bessere Ergebnisse zu erzielen. Das ist kein Support von der Stange, das ist echtes Mitdenken. Ein Beispiel: Ein Controller ließ sich nicht sinnvoll reparieren. Lösung? Kein Hin und Her, kein Theater – mir wurde einfach ein neuer zugeschickt. Punkt. Dann hatte ich zweimal Probleme mit einem Ventilator. Zweimal. Und beide Male habe ich ohne Diskussion Ersatz bekommen. Was das für mich besonders macht: Ich habe aus den USA nach Deutschland bestellt. Für kleine Pakete habe ich selbst teilweise rund 70 Euro für Versand und Zoll bezahlt. Und trotzdem wurden mir insgesamt drei Teile aus den USA nachgeschickt. Ein Controller, zwei Ventilatoren. Jeder, der ein bisschen rechnen kann, weiß, was das auf Unternehmensseite bedeutet. Das frisst Marge. Und zwar massiv. Und genau das beeindruckt mich so sehr: Hier steht Kundenzufriedenheit offensichtlich nicht nur auf der Website, sondern wird gelebt. Man merkt einfach, dass es diesem Unternehmen wichtig ist, dass man am Ende wirklich zufrieden ist – und nicht nur „abgefrühstückt“. Ich kann es wirklich nur jedem ans Herz legen: Wenn ihr überlegt, hier zu kaufen, dann zögert nicht. Für mich ist das der absolute Goldstandard. Besser geht es nicht.

I work in customer service in a different industry and I was super impressed on the 2 second wait time to chat with someone. Then Desire picked up the chat and answered all my questions with no hesitation whatsoever. I am new to AC Infinity but heard nothing but great things from people I talk too, Amazon reviews, Facebook groups and YouTube. Absolutely love the customer service from you guys and most definitely Desire. Because of her excellent service, I will for sure be a lifetime customer. Super hard to find fast, right to the point, excellent customer service anymore and just all around great experience! Thanks for being awesome!

I was having trouble with an inline fan no longer being recognized by my controller. After a few quick emails back and fourth, a replacement fan was ordered and on its way under warranty. Super easy and friendly service group.

Super helpful. My exhaust fan randomly stopped working. I thought I would need to buy a new one but thankfully acinfinity has a warranty and the warranty was fulfilled without any hassle. Super appreciate and thankful I purchased ac infinity gear.
