Honestly the worse ever! Don't order for them, you will not receive what you ordered and then you will not receive the refund. It's been weeks and weeks that I wait for the refund for 1 simple thrash container they said they don't know why it was not delivered and that they "will call the warehouse and get back to me" (they never did). Avoid at any cost.

The store in Weston, WI is one of the better stores around. I'd much rather give them my business than the other big box stores. Can sometimes find great deals here on tools, and other parts that I can't find quickly at some of the other stores. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. The manager here, if you get to talking to him, is about as friendly and patient as someone can get. I would rather pay more for an item here than go to somewhere like Lowe's, where the staff is about as unhelpful as you can get. Thank you Al and team for keeping this store down to earth and a great place to shop.

I experienced the worst nightmare at an Ace hardware in Scottsdale Arizona on scottsdale road and McDowell ! I was rushed out, with the lights of the store cut out while I was still in, the basket was snatched out of my arms and 3 employees ganged up on me at my vehicle while yelling and cursing at me! Worst service ever! this store should be shut down!

I was a fan of ace Until last week, always been a good place to find odd things the big guys don’t carry. I was in looking for a water valve, of a particular design. Spoke with an assistant who advised they did not carry, all good so far. I was leaving the store empty handed, when I overheard the lady at checkout, say to the girl also on checkout, that she thought I had taken something without paying. I have never will never do that. I also will never enter Ace again.

I purchased an electric ceramic tower space heater from Mary's Ace hardware 01/01/2018. The receipt says "refund given within 90 days with receipt". When I purchased it I asked if It would be sufficient and was told probably. I used it once, but was not sufficient. When I returned it, 01/16/2018, with the receipt I was told it was UNRETURABLE. Manager David Blazak rudely told me that they were not in the business of loaning. I reported the incident to corporate and was told I would get a call back from a supervisor which never happened.

Bell Ace Hardware in Trexlertown has the best customer service of any place the Lehigh Valley, PA. I am not 10 feet into the store and someone greets me. By the time that I make it to the section that I am looking for a needed item, I am asked if I need help from at least 2 other employees. They are helpful and knowledgeable. I would give them a 5 except that they often make it a point to put me aside and ring other customers when an advertised price does not ring up as advertised. It usually ends up in the very small print that the sale was not buy one get one free, but buy one get some completely different and insignificant item free; which is the Ace chain's fault. I will continue to shop there just the same.

Horrible experience with Jupiter Forida Rocky's store manager, who actually lied then embarrassed me in front of a line of people at cash counter. FACT: I purchased $320.00 of merchandise. Wanted to return 3 items worth $123.00. Not opened, untouched. Clerk used database to verify and print a receipt. Was told by clerk, store credit only. Fine by me...but she had to call manager. Manager came up after 5 minute wait and raised his voice and rudly said no store credit because items were brought before a potential hurricane. I said, "are you saying customers shop at their own risk prior to a hurricane allowong no returns for Store Credit"? I then asked to be removed from their Ace Rewards database at tbe cash register, but manager emphatically said NO, that this was corporate policy.Manager told me to leave the store. I visited Tequesta Police Department because Ace would not remove my personal info and purchase history info on their cash register. TEQUESTA PD said to call ACE Corporate headquarters... I called Corporate. Customer service rep said there was no Corporate policy on Rocky's store credit policy (This is opposite of Manager's statement. Manager rudely, unnecessarily, escalated the event in front of many people in line in demanding I leave the store - in such a way that I thought he was going to have me arrested). I was so embarrased. I would recommend that no one shop at Rocky's if a hurricane is headed inland, you will not receive a refund or store credit. This is how greedy businesses take advantage of consumers in advance of severe weather events and FEMA ought to take action against ACE. $123.00 means a lot to someone on a salary at age 66.

The people at Ace Hardware are harassing me on yelp, and trying to undermine me with how they run their business. Mike M and M.C. M. I was just trying to help others who question whether or not they want to spend their money at your establishments and I am telling them not to, that is all.
