A friend recommended me this store when I told him I was going to do some renovations to my office. I can see why he told me about it now, it has very attractive prices!

I think they had some stock issues, couple of my items were replaced with similar ones but good service regardless 4/5.

Our small company bought a few chairs from AceDepot some time ago and I must say it was a smart decision, they are too comfortable! My co-workers are really happy with them.

Everyone makes mistakes. I bought an item that the company did not have. I presume that the item had already been sold and was still being advertised without anyone monitoring inventory. I paid for the item and for shipping. Then I received a call that they did not actually have the advertised item and offered me a substitute. I paid for a genuine Rolodex covered box. I have hundreds of old Rolodex cards that I want to keep and my old box shattered. I specifically asked if the substitute will fit genuine Rolodex cards. The caller immediately said "yes" so I authorized the substitute. I received a knock off box that fits smaller cards and the pegs are set differently. My cards will not fit. The caller either was intentionally dishonest or more likely just said "yes" assuming that the dimensions were identical without bothering to check. I was told by customer service that it is now my problem because I authorized the substitute. I have asked repeatedly for weeks to have a pre-paid shipping label sent to me so that I can return the item. I have been told that I will only get a refund if I pay round trip shipping even though they made two mistakes. I have decided to donate the item to the Salvation Army thrift shop instead of paying to ship the item back to them so they can sell it again. Buyer beware.

Larger orders with them have always some free samples included of their other products/collections, which is nice of course. The shipping is mostly good, there have been delays but they have always been very upfront about those situations.

Seriously, gotta give credits where it's due. AceDepot has never failed me with all the purchases I've made with them before. There are things from years ago that are still working perfectly!
