The WORSE company to deal with. They are incompetent, confused and down right frustrating. The company departments never have the same information, they don’t share the same screen (as per a supervisor) which causes delays on medication shipment. If you want to save yourself stress and wasted time while they figure out there mistake go somewhere else. This is NOT a one time occurrence, it’s quarter or every time we need the medication. By the way it’s for my severely disabled daughter and it’s for muscle spasms. Your welcome!

Tryng to get my prescription for euflexxa injection since may 21st after synvisc 1 and durolane were denied. My doctors office has called several times as have I. Also had medical mutual call them. Last conversation with them on july 9th 2024 said they are filling my order and it will arrive at my doctor's office Tuesday 16th.2024. Haven't heard that it has shipped yet. Hate this crap. No way should it take so long when I can't sleep because of knee pain. Deanne

Waiting on a timely prescription. They got paid, but nothing sent. I guess my discomfort and symptoms are not a concern. Very disappointing. I will just sit and suffer.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. It is currently July 2024 and I have had a prescription sent to them since NOVEMBER 2023. That is almost 8 months of constantly fighting a battle between me, the prescriber, AND the pharmacy. Every time, it's the same response. "Your prescriber needs to confirm the medication before we can send it" So when they call me and tell me that they've confirmed it around three times at this point, no one is putting it into their system? After clarification, "You will receive a call from our pharmacy to get a mailing address and date" I NEVER got a call. If you have to use this pharmacy for insurance purposes, get ready for a lot of aggravation and delays. If you have the option to get your needed medication from elsewhere, I advise you to do so.

Accredo is the worst ever. Long hold times. Inadequate pharmacist and representatives. I really wish I did not have to use them but sorta stuck with it. My employer will get a call. Just the worst medical experience ever

Horrible pharmacy! Been with them almost a year now. I never get my medicine on time and never get notified that it isn’t going to be delivered when they say it is. TRS screwed up switching from CVS pharmacy to Accredo.

They are always late in the delivery of my medicine even if it was pre-approved long time before delivery thereby missing by dose. They give you all sorts of reasons. Follow ups is a pain. They will always say that my medicine is not yet due for delivery because it is still being processed. It is just a refill. This should be scheduled already. They will tell you they will call but never did. You end up calling them. A waste of time dealing with these crooks,

Issues with billing double and not notifying insurance carrier other than waiting for the discrepancy to be caught.
