It's almost as if they try to be horrible. Every single month my doctor sends in the prescription, and they say they haven't received it. Every-Single-month, I have to jump through hoops to get my sons meds. He ALWAYS ends up missing several doses. I love my Cigna insurance plan, but Accredo is horrific and a major negative to the plan.

This company ran our doctor and our insurance company in circles for days. They kept saying that the order was unclear even after they had contacted our doctor. This happened for days. They even said that we needed to file an appeal with our insurance company. After many days of delays and changes to the order, they accepted the order but then said that they no longer carried the drug and that we submit a different order. Our doctor contacted another pharmacy at 3:00 pm on Thursday. By 10:30 am on Friday, we had our medications via FedEx. For your own physical health as well as your mental stress levels, DO NOT do business with this pharmacy.

Hey, time for a class action suit. Someone else just wrote this but it could have been me: "I called to schedule a shipment and was told that "everything is good to go" only to call them back and be told that "my shipment was cancelled because I placed the order too far ahead of my scheduled shipment date". No one ever called to tell me my shipment was cancelled..." This has happened 3 times this week and each time meant 1 hour at least on the phone with them. They are worse than incompetent. Avoid them if you can.

Every time I have to schedule a shipment with Accredo, I feel like I'm taking a huge gamble. Sometimes I call to pay for a shipment and am told my payment is complete, only to be told months later that I didn't make any payments. This month I called to schedule a shipment and was told that "everything is good to go" only to call them back and be told that "my shipment was cancelled because I placed the order too far ahead of my scheduled shipment date". No one ever called to tell me my shipment was cancelled... My favorite part of using Acreedo though is never having any guarantee of how much I will be responsible to pay vs. how much of my medication will be covered by my co-pay program until AFTER I agree to receive the non-refundable medication. It might be completely covered... or I could be responsible for a bill for thousands of dollars. There's "no way to know until we ship the medication" though.

Very disappointing experiences getting my medication delivered and then awful communication and very little help from Accredo being the bridge to insurance companies to make sure the right medication is received and ensuring it is affordable. These experiences have happened dozens of times over years of ordering from Accredo. Just a headache and a danger to my health.

I've never dealt with worst customer service in my life. Everything is a total nightmare with this company. I've spent in excess of 10+ hours on the phone with them in the last month; there is no internal communication and they will accomplish nothing unless you constantly call them. I wish I could give them a zero. If you have a choice, avoid them at all costs.

If I could give a negative 0 for this company I would. Three years I have had to deal with this joke of a company, the workers are rude and no help when you need to get your medication. Unfortunately I have informed my doctor I no longer want any meds sent to them ever again they suck a**. Every time I need my refills it's always something each time and I am sick of it, they take you thru to many jumps to get your meds. I had to wait almost three months to get my medication for my Lupus and her we go again they refuse to send it out.

This is our first experience with Accredo and I have to same they were amazing!! From the person I spoke with first to the pharmacy persons and the person who let us know about the delivery, and all of them were stellar!! HiGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thank you for being so wonderful!!!!!
