Would give zero stars if possible. Had a $200 virtual card through T-mobile. The mypaymentvault.com never loaded, despite having a strong internet connection and trying on my phone and a laptop. Is it a scam? Yup. Stay away if possible. I ended up getting a paper check sent from T-mobile instead.

This company is fraudulent. They collect all your details and tell you they can't verify you again after your account is activated and you try to chat with them online. Tried to use my virtual card for payment on Amazon, card got declined and showing zero balance albeit it shows have got funds on the account. It's of no use; please stay clear...

Very dissapointed They keep messaging me and I am not even their client. It is so stupid they tend to send me no reply and very annoying.

These guys are absolute scam, stealing your money. DON'T USE

Received payment and had it loaded into the account. Declined by one website, tried Amazon the day after and was declined again. Support blamed for incorrectly entering a CVV. Then blamed Amazon for not processing cards properly. (that have hundreds of millions of customers...) CVV block initially I was told to try again in 24hours, then got it down to 1 hour after asking to make a complaint. One day later, still can't make a payment with any website despite correct details. Not sure how a company like this can operate in 2025. Absolute scam.

Ad aprile 2024 ho ricevuto le mail e le istruzioni per scaricarlo c'è una procedura talmente lunga che nemmeno una pratica legale, ho mandato decine di email non c'è stato verso mi sono riproposta oggi di riprovare tramite il computer scaricando il QR col telefonino come dice le istruzioni praticamente nulla sta lì carica senza darmi niente ecco io dico non è per le €5 ma inviare voucher tramite mail e io me lo stampo non era più facile che pagare questa società che non funziona. Ho smesso di fare sondaggi x ipsos. Ho detto questo perché faccio altri sondaggi con altra società ho già stampato i miei voucher anche abbastanza sostanziosi.

Awful customer service, dishonest business practices, missing funds, total lack of communication and all around extremely unethical business- stay far away.
